Interested in joining AOW? You might not know it, but visiting this website was your first step in joining the Clan.

The All Out War clan is a close-knit group of individuals. We take our recruitment process very seriously. We're a social, gamming community - meaning, we're more about getting together, laughing and having some fun playing a game, rather than racking up massive amounts of points, or crouching until the cows come home.

During the recruitment process, your job will be to earn membership in our clan. Not the other way around. AOW is at all times recruiting, but focusing more on quality and not quantity. Applicants are thoroughly screened before they're given consideration by the clan at-large.

Please read the following Rules for Applicants:

1. You must be registered on this website for at least 30 days before you can apply.

2. You must include your name and email address in your application.

3a. You must be at least 18 years of age.

3b. If you are between the ages of 16 and 18, you may be considered for memberhip, pending approval by the Board of Directors.

3c. Children of current Clan Members are also elligible, pending approval by the Board of Directors.

4. You must be reffered to the application process by a current Clan Member. Include this name in your application.

5. Follow and uphold our rules in the game servers, Ventrilo and this website.

6. Exhibit the mature behavior expected of Clan Members.

7. Be active on the game servers, Ventrilo and this website.

Once your application has been posted here, it will be reviewed by our clan members in our private section of the forums. Your application will be updated to reflect its status.

New - You have just submitted your application and it has yet to be examined.

Oon Hold - You have not included a reference, are under age, under some sort of watch (hack/cheat), not active, or you're about to be notified by the Recruitment Director.

Under Review - Your application includes all necessary information and will be watched by AOW, in the servers and monitored for game play, attitude, and behavior. Your application will be voted upon by current clan members. You need at least 20 “YES” votes and a 70% approval rating in order to be accepted. Make sure you continue to be active and exhibit good behavior throughout this term by all means if you wish to make it. During the voting process you can add recruitment tags to your name {AOW-R} to make it easier for AOW members to get know you.

Accepted- your application has successfully been voted on and you will receive your tags upon the next member update (DO NOT WEAR {AOW} TAGS UNTIL INSTRUCTED TO DO SO!)

Rejected - Your application was missing key element, your behavior is not AOW-like, you have been caught breaking a rule more than once, or you were previously banned or are banned. You have received a reason via email by the Recruitment Director.

Be sure to read the example post of how to apply located here. Also, please incorporate the word “banana” into your post, so that we’re certain you’ve read these rules. It is intentionally left out of the example post.
